Description

An attractive and wearable gilt-bronze ring dating from around 300AD. The front is engraved with two men facing each other, one holding a large fish. The shank has typical extended shoulders. The gilding on the front is in good condition-the shank is worn down to the base in places. The head of the ring is 25 mm/just under an inch across, and the finger size is S+ as the shank is typically oval. An attractive and wearable item of Roman jewellery for very little money.
