A truly beautiful late Victorian or Edward navette-shaped ring, set with approximately 1 1/2 carats of fine old-cut diamonds, centred by an outstanding Siam ruby of 1.67 cts with fine clarity and depth of colour-has to be seen. The front setting is platinum, with a gold under-gallery and shank. The finger size is K 1/2 UK: 5 1/4 USA but easily sized.
