A very attractive and wearable hinged stiff bangle by the famous French jewellers Van Cleef & Arpels It is of rope-twist design, enhanced at the front by three bands of diamonds, with an estimated total weight of 2 carats – the weight of the bangle 22.9 grams. It will fit a standard wrist of up to 6 3/4 inches-17cms. It dates from around 1970, and is fully singed and numbered, with French control marks for 18ct, the only legal standard in France This is a smart, elegant under-stated piece of jewellery which can be worn day-in, day-out.
